Turkey: Not over cooked. Possibly under cooked in places (but since we ate from the outside in, I don't think I poisoned anyone).
Stuffing: I really like stuffing. I may just make some more for the heck of it. I didn't want to boil chestnuts, so I used chestnut mushrooms instead.
Potatoes: What variety of potatoes did you serve? The local grocery store sells a bewildering variety. Have I previously just overlooked all the options?
Sweet Potatoes: Brought by guest. Topped with pecans. Excellent. (And she left the extras with me. Yes!)
Green Bean Casserole: I couldn't get Campbell's Cream of Mushroom. Either that's better than what I did get, or I'm losing my taste for this. (How could that be? Must be the soup....)
Assorted Kale with Pine Nuts: Made in my kitchen by another guest. She's a much bigger foodie than I am!
Cranberry Sauce: Homemade by Sweet Potatoe guest. Sour.
Alcohol: 6 of us went through a bottle of sparkling wine, a bottle of Beaujoulais, a bottle of Pinot Noir and a bottle of dry cider.
Some things to keep in mind for next year: get a gravy separator so this doesn't happen.
